Qualification criteria:

1. You must hold an active Pro+ or Pro+ Premium membership and have completed payment in full for that tier.

2. You must complete the entire course included in your membership.

3. You must answer all practice questions correctly at least once.

4. You must be attempting the GPhC registration assessment for the first time, with no previous unsuccessful attempts.

If you don't pass:

If you've met all of the above and do not pass your 2027 GPhC registration assessment, you may claim one of the following:

1. A full refund of your membership fees, or

2. A complimentary 12-month extension to your existing membership.

How to claim:

Submit evidence that you have met every qualification criterion and did not pass the exam. Claims must be made within 14 days of the GPhC releasing the exam results.

Important conditions:

• The Pass Guarantee applies only to the Pro+ and Pro+ Premium tiers. It is not available on the Pro tier.

• If you change your membership plan part-way through the year and do not complete payment in full for Pro+ or Pro+ Premium, you will not be eligible for the Pass Guarantee.

• All refunds are subject to a non-refundable processing fee to cover payment provider charges:

  • 5% if payment was made by card

  • 7.5% if payment was made via Klarna

These fees are charged because the cost of processing payments and refunds cannot be recovered.

We take breaches of this nature very seriously, and will not hesitate to take legal action to protect our intellectual property.

Please also note that under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, digital content is non-refundable once it has been accessed. This includes any materials viewed, downloaded, or otherwise consumed through your membership. By accessing or downloading any part of the membership content, you waive your right to a refund under these regulations.

As a small business, every resource we create is the result of substantial time and effort, and we rely on your respect for our work. Sharing materials without permission impacts us greatly and affects the quality of the service we can continue to provide.

Consequences of Breaching These Terms:

1. Termination of Membership – Any breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your membership, without the option for a refund.

2. Legal Action – We reserve the right to pursue legal action for any unauthorised sharing of materials.

3. Reporting to Relevant University or General Pharmaceutical Council – In cases involving academic institutions or the General Pharmaceutical Council, we will not hesitate to report violations to the relevant university or the General Pharmaceutical Council.

If we reasonably believe that password sharing or unauthorised access has occurred, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to the platform immediately.

• Remove access to all membership content and resources.

• Revoke eligibility for the Pass Guarantee and any other membership benefits.

• Refuse future membership applications.

• Take appropriate action to protect our intellectual property, copyrighted materials, and contractual rights.

Unauthorised sharing of login credentials may also constitute a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in action being taken to recover losses arising from misuse of the platform.
